I'm here again with an update.
At the end of the month I invested in the following stocks:
ABR - as it is still very good and due to the bear market the dividend yield increased to 14%.
TROW - I added more as this is a very good company for the long term. The yield is around 4.6%
O - Added a few shares as this is a very good REIT. I needed to invest sooner maybe but the yield is oke.
For the coming months I'm going to spread the rest of my money in the rest of the stocks that I already own.
I'm also looking to VZ and MRK to add them as well.
