So another update about my portfolio. I sold all my intel stocks as the dividend is a bit low and I gained 17% on the stock itself.
Using that money + the extra monthly contribution, I bought O (Realty Income Corp) which is a real estate REIT.
This stock was already a long time on my radar and flipping Intel for O was a good choice to higher my dividend income.
I still didn't buy more from JNJ, I'm now looking more for buying FRT or/and STAG to diversify my real estate passive income.
