Hello all,
I just wanted to give you a small update. Intel did a dividend cut as they are spending to much to initiate their growth again.
In the long run I still think that Intel is a very good investment but the dividend yield is low and I can get a better yield with other stocks thus now that Intel was us 17% in my portfolio, I decided to let it go and invest in the REIT O (Realty Income Corp), this one of the most popular REITs I can think of and it's having, at the current price, almost a 5% dividend yield thus way better then Intel.
Maybe in the future I will put Intel back in the portfolio if the prices drop and the yield will hit around 3% again.
For my upcoming purchases, I going to buy more JNJ as I want to own more stocks before they do the company split.
Happy trading all,
TT
