It seems that I missed some months but I didn't stop growing my portfolio.
The stocks that I bought are still there and I added to most of them.
I also added new stocks to the portfolio: WPC and O which I already had a long time on my watchlist.
WPC will split and I will need to see what the impact is going to be but in the end it's for getting better profit. It's for long term but the dividend will get a hit so the overall yield of my portfolio will drop a bit. To be seen what will happen.
O is a good one and i'm taking advantage to buy more every month as the price is low and the dividend yield is higher. I also don't see them lowering their dividend in the future as they still are growing their portfolio and they even increased the dividend.
So, yeah, sorry for the delays but I will start updating more frequently again!
